Valentine's Day Soda Fountain Pop Up!!

We are super excited to be back at this years Valentine's Day New Amsterdam Market. This year we are featuring a soda fountain with The Bent Spoon. It's going to be a great time for all and I wanted to post a menu for the event.

To start there will be a terrific selection of Bent Spoon Ice Cream!

We will also be offering our regular flavored sodas as well as some classics and seasonal flavors:
Ginger
Lime
Cream
Hibiscus
Sarsaparilla

Chocolate Phosphate
Meyer Lemon Lactart

Ice Cream Sodas:
Quince w/ Goat Cheese ice cream

Egg Creams (No Fox's U-Bet... sorry!):

Toasted Almond and Candy Cap Mushroom ( Oh My!)

Egg Shakes (Whats this rich and creamy concoction? Well it's the original egg cream!):
Huckleberry (Wild foraged from our friend out west Connie Green of Wineforest Wild Foods. Sooo Good!)
Seville Orange

We will also be selling bottles of Chocolate Syrup for egg creams. These are in limited quantity so get there early to score one before they are gone!

On Saturday at 6:30pm there will also be a talk about soda fountains by a friend of ours Gregory Cohen of Lofty Pursuits in Tallahassee, Florida. Gregory owns a soda fountain, toy store and candy shop. I will have some of their hard candy for sale at the fountain this weekend. Grab some bags for your sweetheart! RSVP to the market for a seat.
